He did his MPhil at the University of Johannesburg, focusing on Personal and Professional Leadership. Complementing his studies, the Potchefstroom VIP Coaching Institute accredited him as a qualified Life and Business Coach. Companies such as TechnoGym, Accenture, Deloitte, EOH, ILSC and Gallup Africa, are either interested in or are already utilising this platform.

Additionally, he was a senior facilitator with iGubu, which focused on the facilitation of reconciliation at the University of the Free State and Pretoria. He was the Module Head for Professional Leadership and Emotional Leadership of the MPhil degree at the University of Johannesburg, as well as the programme leader and developer of short leadership courses through the South African Theological Seminary (SATS). He was also a guest lecturer for a Masters programme for leadership at the University of Johannesburg, Vega the Brand Communication School (Leadership), Milpark Business School, and Mosaïek Academy (Leadership).
